This position has now been filled. We have a vacancy for a multi-talented person with excellent technical skills to work in our Sales and Marketing department providing PA Services and sales support to the CEO. This is a full time position.

Duties will include:
- Acting as PA to CEO
- Organising travel and conference bookings for staff
- Various office duties
- Data entry and database management
- Compilation of sales material
- Layout of ancillary marketing material
- Website updating
Qualifications/Skills
A majority of the following skills and qualifications would be essential for this position.
- Office experience essential.
- Relevant third level or professional qualification an advantage.
- Demonstrable organisation and co-ordination skills
- Good computer skills with excellent layout skills
- Excellent written english and writing skills
- Proven excellence with standard office packages needed including excel, word, database etc
- Additional knowledge of design packages and advantage
- Understanding of space/technology markets an advantage
Additional Requirements
- A flexible attitude is essential, with a can-do attitude across all NSC systems
- Ability to work in a small team is essential
- Good person to person communication skills required
- Own transport required
